Her area of expertise focuses on total quality management in the long-term healthcare environment. Her exhaustive knowledge of federal and state regulations has enabled her to develop skills which are especially valuable in a quality turn-around environment. She has owned and operated her own nursing facilities and has served as a lead quality assurance consultant on numerous quality improvement projects. Ms. Bergman has a unique talent for developing programs and secured environments for the care of residents with Alzheimer's or other dementia related diseases. Jan Hendriks, Director of Training and Development Ms. Hendriks has worked in the long-term health care sector for more than thirty years in positions ranging from staff nurse to regional clinical services director. Pat Calvin, Director of Policy and Special Services With RN, MSN (FNP pending), MBA, and licensed nursing home administrator credentials to her name, Ms. Calvin is a seasoned senior health care executive with more than twenty years' experience as a hospital vice president and home care CEO. In addition, her experience also includes consulting for hospitals, clinics, home health agencies, skilled and extended care facilities, attorneys, as well as, state correctional departments and Medicaid agencies. Pat has consulted and taught on a variety of matters involving policy, quality, operations improvement, staff recruitment and development, clinical appropriateness, regulatory compliance, and billing accuracy.
